PRIVACY STATEMENT

1. Personal data with which DVBMarket s.r.o. coming into contact are:

- the customer's name and surname
- customer address
- telephone contact of the customer
- Customer email address

2. DVBMarket s.r.o. the personal data of the customers thus provided does not provide or make available to third parties, with the exception of the transport company with which the contract for the processing of personal data has been concluded, only for the purpose of delivering the goods.

3. DVBMarket with r.o. is responsible for the security of personal data that it processes to protect against theft, loss, alteration and dissemination. For this purpose, adequate technical, organizational and personnel measures corresponding to the processing according to Act 18/2018 of the GDPR (GDPR) valid from 25.5.2018 in the territory of the European Union are ensured.

4. DVBMarket with r.o. retains customer data only for 24 calendar months from the customer's last order, if this has not occurred, from the date of end-user registration on www.galiba.sk. This section is time bounded by Act 18/2018 ZZ (GDPR) valid from 25.5.2018 in the territory of the European Union.

5. DVBMarket with r.o. provides customers with the immediate opportunity to request the complete removal of the contact details provided by the purchase or registration at the contact address of the company by post or by email at: udaje@galiba.sk. Personal data will then be removed from the database, not later than 48 hours during business days, by which the customer will be informed by email or by post.

6. DVBMarket s.r.o. provides customers with the ability to immediately request the deletion of their personal information in the confirmation email after registration, in which the email address is@galiba.sk as a contact email. The subsequent request will be provided within 48 hours at the latest on business days.

7. In case of suspected misuse of personal data, please contact us at the appropriate legal department - email@galiba.sk. We will investigate the matter and express it to you as soon as possible.

8. In case of breach of privacy, DVBMarket s.r.o. it will send information about this fact, that is to say, the "Privacy Notice" to the supervisory authority, no later than 72 hours after the occurrence of this fact. The notification shall inform the supervisory authority of the amount and type of lost personal data, leakage measures and measures for the future not to repeat that fact.
